I think basically we came from the area, this was very important, we were people who are Welsh and from the West of England who lived in the area, who knew about the area, who perhaps were closer to the area, our office is in Cardiff, we'll be in Cardiff and Bristol we didn't have an office in London, and basically we represented, we think, the aspirations of the area, Wales and the West don't forget, I think probably a little better than the present incumbants. Once again we like them to come from the area, and don't forget we have this extra bonus, and it is a bonus, of these remarkable international artists, from the Burtons to Geraint Evans, Stanley Baker who after all is on the Board with us, and Harry Secombe who is doing original programmes with us. These are artistes from the area who feel profoundly that they want to serve the area, and probably this explosion of talent had something to do with it too. (Q: Do you think you will be able to give any help to the people who are going to be made redundant by this change?) We hope nobody is going to be made redundant by the change.
