Former Clarence House secretary, Elaine Day, leaving the first day of her employment tribunal in Croydon. The secretary who lodged a claim of sex discrimination and unfair dismissal against the Prince of Wales's Office claimed during proceedings that the Prince of Wales's household is "hierarchical and elitist".
