Movie Lovers Immersed In Amazing Magic At Universal Studios Beijing

BEIJING, CHINA - AUGUST 22: Visitors at Universal Studios Beijing on August 22, 2021 in Beijing, China. As the world's largest Universal Studios, Universal Beijing Resort (UBR), started its internal pre-opening stress tests on Aug 20, cinephiles with a valid admission ticket for entering the theme park are immersed in the reality–virtuality movie world. With the seven themed zones, the Universal Studios Beijing was constructed with the concept combining Eastern and Western movie elements, including Kung Fu Panda, Harry Potter, Jurassic World, Minion, Transformers, Waterworld as well as several well-known figures of Hollywood. After movie lovers enter the park's main gate, the first scenic spot is the Hollywood zone. They may join filming or encounter a movie star, even movie figures from fairy tale character Fairy Godmother to ogre character Shrek. The zone's landmark -- a re-creation of Hollywood Walk of Fame -- comprises five-pointed terrazzo stars embedded in the sidewalk, allowing tourists to see the world-famous tourist attraction without leaving Beijing. Film lovers can get a behind-the-scenes movie making experience at the zone's film studio which was created by Chinese film director Zhang Yimou and Hollywood film director Steven Spielberg.
