Sign in front of the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch, southeast of Nashville, Tennessee
The Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch, southeast of Nashville, Tennessee, where members of Identity Evropa held a banner in the parking lot about an hour earlier prompting church members to ask them to leave, and then call police, Sunday, October 29th, 2017. Alt-right activists have called the mass shooting that took place in Antioch in September 2017 a “reverse Dylann Roof” attack, and threatened to hold a torch rally at the church as part of White Lives Matter rallies in Tennessee over the weekend of October 28th and 29th. Emanuel Samson, who is Sudanese born, shot and killed a woman in front of the church, and shot and wounded others before a church member subdued him.
