Superheroes combine their powers for children with leukemia

The team of superheroes combine their powers to boost morales of children receiving leukemia treatment at Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Department of Medical Park Bahcelievler Children's Hospital. Members of climb and mountaineering team of Yeditepe University in outfits of the superheroes then rappel with ropes down to the 7th floor of the 12 storey building and greet kids inside by waving their hands. Children participating occupational therapy session can't hide their surprise when they see the superheroes just outside window dangling from ropes. The event is held as part of a Turkish national feast which is internationally celebrated as children's day as well. Prof. Dr. Tunc Fiskin in charge of Bone Marrow Transplantation Center of the hospital says that to see those very same superheroes right before them while painting their graphics as part of their therapy session designed to boost their morales very much excited and delighted children patients. He tells that they organized this particular event to celebrate children's day together with all of their patients coming from various countries including, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Armenia.
