Senator Heitkamp in farewell address on public service

North Dakota Senator Heidi Heitkamp says in her farewell to the Senate that senators have an opportunity not to just achieve a title but do great things for the country, her work in the Senate to remember constituents, throughout her life and in six years had stood in the well for those if she serves in North Dakota like families of disabled children worried about health care, seeing their faces and remembering their tears.
