Yankees Are Happy People Want To Get Involved With HOPE Week

MCU - In an interview Joe Girardi Yankees manager and Jason Zilo The Media Relations Director speak about HOPE (Helping Others Persevere & Excel) week. This community outreach program started in 2009. Zilo says, "I just want it to go places wherever that is. It doesn't have to be a baseball team. It can be a company, it could be a football team. You know the great thing about this is a lot of people are reaching out to us saying how can we get involved. Delta airlines one of our sponsors who you would think you know you think of airplanes. They did so much more than just that and when you have this coming together. I'm just amazed at how much can be accomplished when a group of people come together."
