Hundreds of Thousands Without Power as Ice Storm Hits Detroit

Footage by Noralee Lluch-Paalam captured an electrical explosion in Allen Park late on Wednesday night. At publication, Detroit-based energy provider DTE reported more than 300,000 customers were without electricity.
