Cascais Municipality Sends Aid To Ukrainian Refugees And Displaced People Due To Russian Invasion

Portugal has declared its solidarity with Ukraine and Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa stated his "condemnation" to Russia's "overt and flagrant violation" of international law.
