Share a Life Campaign -- ADAM SAMMUT. 11, (no cap) and his friend MATT YEROSCHENKO, 11, both in grade 6 at Sacred Heart Catholic School, Brampton, hand out a SHARE A LIFE campaign flyer to Bob Maddock (in his car). Sammut and Yeroschenko have spent the March school break distributing flyers to raise funds for cancer victim David David Komar who is undergoing treatment for a stubborn and advanced form of neuro-blastoma cancer tumo r that showed up in the boy's abdomen. Since april 1998 when the disease was discovered the 8-year-old David Jozef Komar has undergone two operations, 10 minor procedures, countless hours of chemotherapy treatments, three radiation sessions and a bone marrow transplant.
