ODESSA, UKRAINE - 2025/08/24: Participants learn how to apply a hemostatic tourniquet during a free course in Odessa National Fine Arts Museum. The Odessa National Fine Arts Museum hosted free first aid courses on bleeding control, conducted by instructors from FAST, an organization that provides training in emergency response such as bleeding management and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The event, held in honor of Ukraine's Independence Day, highlighted the importance of such skills amid the ongoing military aggression by the Russian Federation.
