Spencer Houk of suburban Bay Village appears in court where he told a rapt jury how Dr. Samuel Sheppard telephoned him frantically at dawn o July 4th to report that Mrs. Marilyn Sheppard had been slain. The mayor was the prosecution's fourth witness in its attempt to convict Dr. Sheppard of the slaying. Mayor Houk's wife Esther was slated to follow her husband to the witness chair.
