We see a tortilleria working, this is how corn tortillas are made in Mexico, in this image we see a large comal, the comal is large like a barbecue grill, but more like a flat iron heated with fire, the tortillas are made from corn flour and mixed with water and flattened after that they are place in this comal and the flatbread tortilla are made.
