VOICED: The UK has committed a multi-million pound package of aid to support victims in the Democratic Republic of Congo following an escalation in violence. Today, United Nations and EU officials are meeting in Geneva to raise more awareness and funds. But the DRC's government is boycotting the conference AND downplaying the crisis... saying the extent of hunger and displacement is exaggerated, and it's hurting the country's image.
