California Senator Kamala Harris continues a discussion in televised debate with Vice President Mike Pence about nominations to the Supreme Court that to talk about packing the court that the Trump administration made lifetime appoints the federal courts, district courts and courts of appeal who were purely ideological reviewed by legal professional organizations found not to be competent or substandard and of 50 people President Trump had appointed to courts of appeals for lifetime appointments not one was black, so to talk about packing the court to have a discussion.
