SEP 14 1968, SEP 18 1968 Just in Time for the Hunting Season Last weekend's Arapahoe Gun Show at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds provided an excellent opportunity for preparations for the upcoming hunting seasons. Robert Bouchard of Boulder County sights down the barrel of a shotgun, above, and then disassembles the weapon, right, for a closer examination. He could have his mind on the duck season which opens in October. There are other birds, too. Grouse season is already open, turkey season opens Oct. 5 and season for pheasant and quail opens Nov. 16. Firearms were available for sale or trade at the show.
