MADRAS, INDIA: Indian fishermen collect their catch from a fishing net after venturing at sea in Madras, 12 January 2005. As reconstruction efforts are on their way, following last month's tsunami, India's fishing community which was the hardest hit by the tidal waves, still hesitate to return to the ocean. India announced another 176 dead in the tsunami tragedy, pushing its confirmed death toll to 10,327 with 5,628 still missing and feared dead.
