Fashion Internet Sensation Battles Cancer In Her Own Style

She began blogging after she was diagnosed with bone cancer in 2012 and writes especially for young women who are sick and may not feel good about the way they look. After Karina met Gisele Bundchen at Dana Farber, where she is getting treated, the supermodel later surprised her with a visit at home, where Karina did Gisele's make-up. Last year, Karina went into remission, but in the fall, her cancer returned, and spread to her lungs.
