ROCKY FORD, CO. - December 16: Jack Jacquez Sr., 59, has spent the days since his son was killed pouring over the facts of the case trying to understand what happened. Jack Jacquez was shot in his mother's home by a Rocky Ford police officer early one morning in October 2014. "I'm pretty ill with this, my son was murdered, he was murdered," Jacquez said.
