NAVOTAS CITY, METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES - 2016/02/06: Filipino fishermen head out for the waters of Manila Bay. According to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), the prevailing El Nino phenomenon could affect at least 100,000 fisherfolk in the country due to the decline in fish production in freshwater areas and coastal communities.
